These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at www.kangablue.au (the “Site”), operated by KangaBlue (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About KangaBlue

KangaBlue is an Australian app-tooling studio based in Brisbane. Our flagship product is Tateru Pro, an AI pipeline that builds native Android applications from a natural-language specification.

These Terms cover only your use of the Site. Tateru Pro is governed by its own separate Terms of Service, published at tateru.app/terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit content through the contact form or chat widget that is harmful, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or tamper with the Site or its underlying services in a way that disrupts its operation
• Use the Site to harvest information about other users

5. AI Chat Widget

The Site includes an AI chat widget that generates responses using third-party AI services. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are informational only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and should not be relied on as professional, financial, legal, medical, or technical advice.
• Pricing and feature details may change. The authoritative source for Tateru Pro information is tateru.app.
• Messages you submit are forwarded to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Site, including its design, code, graphics, animations, branding, and copy, is owned by KangaBlue and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without permission.

6.2 Your Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit through the contact form or chat widget. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purposes of responding to you and operating the relevant feature.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services (including hosting, contact-form delivery, and AI providers) to function. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Service interruptions or changes by these providers may temporarily affect Site functionality.

8. Tateru Pro

Information about Tateru Pro shown on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. Beta-program participation, pricing, features, and product behaviour are governed by the Tateru Pro Terms of Service at tateru.app/terms. In the event of any conflict between this Site and the Tateru Pro Terms regarding the Tateru Pro product, the Tateru Pro Terms govern.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KangaBlue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Australian consumer law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections 5, 6, 9, and 10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
